Description

The purpose of this project is the participatory implementation of a disability policy based on human rights and the social model of disability. The project promotes the social inclusion of children with disabilities through the removal of barriers, both material and immaterial, in the Konjuh nature reserve to make the park accessible to all.

Output and results

  • The Konjuh natural protected area has inclusive educational and recreational facilities and is adequately equipped to accommodate anyone who wishes to benefit from the biodiversity and richness of the area and contribute to its protection and enhancement through their different abilities.
  • The quality and quantity of socialisation, rehabilitation and training opportunities for children with disabilities and civil society organisations dealing with disabilities, through local natural resources and biodiversity, is increased.
