CISP adheres to a criterion of transparency and efficiency, and can therefore commission services, civil works and supply contracts based on detailed terms in calls for tenders, inviting companies and firms to compete and organise, in some cases, national or international tenders.

Requirements:

Requirements depend on the type of role and functions that can be found in the job description. In general, we require:

• fluency in the spoken and written language of the country (English, Spanish, French and Portuguese)
• educational qualification or training relevant to the type of duties required
• Previous experience in international cooperation and in the country of interest
• adaptability, flexibility, and operational management skills

The CISP considers previous participation in sectoral specialisation courses and, in particular, in the Master in Development Cooperation at the University of Pavia as an additional positive qualification.

In-depth interviews are requested directly by CISP. The final selection is usually made through a series of interviews attended by candidates pre-selected based on their CV.
