Description
The project is aimed at Afghan women and men who arrived in the Lazio region following the political-military crisis of August 2021. It promotes support for their social inclusion in Italy through listening and orientation services; literacy and communication training in Italian; strengthening professional skills and transversal skills; legal, healthcare and psychological assistance and support; support for active job searching.
The activities are carried out by collaborating with the reception centres where Afghan people are hosted and other public and private bodies competent to respond to their needs, to contribute to improving the quality of services for refugees and asylum seekers in the area.
Goals
- Promote the inclusion of Afghan people in the local context.
- Improve the levels of delivery and management of services aimed at migrants, refugees, asylum seekers and prevent phenomena of social exclusion.
