Description
The project monitors and accompanies more than 500 community programmes and 9500 family programmes in three areas of the country with the aim of complementing, harmonising or making more flexible the offer or state strategies that facilitate the socio-economic stabilisation and overall repair of the population in the process of repatriation and/or relocation.
The Victims Unit develops accompanying programmes related to housing, food security, income and employment, to families in the process of repatriation or individual or collective relocation in rural and urban areas.
Accompanying schemes include community and psychosocial actions to enable victims to acquire skills that will allow them to earn a decent living and integrate satisfactorily into the community.
These actions are combined in the return and relocation plans with other measures to assist, care for and compensate victims as a whole.
Goals
- Follow-up on the implementation of Special Accompanying Arrangements (SEE) to determine needs for technical assistance and support in formalisation.
- Implementation and technical assistance in marketing strategies, training, formalisation and production chains to support the special accompanying family schemes.
- Execution of strategic direction of the agreement and monitoring of return and relocation plans.

- Follow-up of previous support programmes and drafting/dissemination of observation and analysis documents
- Drafting of an entrepreneurship guide for displaced persons, implementation of small business units and promotion of mechanisms and strategies for marketing and production chains
- Implementation of a project standardisation strategy and implementation of training processes (administrative, financial and accounting management, line of business specific training)

- Follow-up of 9,500 special family support schemes
- Technical support to special family support schemes of previous programmes
