SDG 4: CISP starts 2022/2023 teachers’ trainings

CISP and SDG 4

What makes the school an educating community, that is to say, an open, participative, connected community? How is education facilitated in these uncertain and complex times? What are the best contents, methodologies, approaches to improve well-being in schools, the feeling of belonging, and strengthen the sense of citizenship and sustainability in younger generations?

CISP answers those questions through the ScApPaRe project, selected by the social enterprise Con i Bambini (With Children) within the framework of the Fund for the fight against juvenile educational poverty.

Targeting SDG 4, CISP thus participates in the construction of educating communities by strengthening the competences of teachers and parents.

CISP 2022/2023 catalogue

The CISP 2022/2023 catalogue includes 5 courses for teachers, aimed at exploring and managing a number of educational challenges, from the commitment to building community in and around the classroom, to the wellbeing of pupils and teachers, to didactic proposals to facilitate the understanding of global phenomena with a strong local impact such as migration and inequality, to the enhancement of sustainable curricula.

All training initiatives are free of charge and will take place online, upon registration.

The teachers’ courses are approved by the Ministry of Education and included in their S.O.F.I.A. platform catalogue.

The first course: Dialoghi. Educare e costruire comunità nel tempo dell’incertezza

The first course, Dialoghi. Educare e costruire comunità nel tempo dell’incertezza (Dialogues. Educating and building community in the time of uncertainty), with Franco Lorenzoni and in collaboration with I.C. Fratelli Bandiera in Rome, is aimed at primary school teachers.
